We said goodbye to Law Thaw, Ruby, Hsa Eh Paw, Eh Plar Moo, Paw Oo Plah,
Nixon, Eh He Paw, Plah Moo, Lay Moo, and Eh Thaw, packed our panniers
and headed to Fang. But first Nat had to repair a flat tire (thorn
puncture). The joys of cycling!

In Fang we hopped on a songthaew for Chiang Dao, halfway between Fang and Chiang Mai and over a big mountain. In Chiang Dao, our guest house bungalow was named 'GASALONG'. Most appropriate. We also cycled up to the Chiang Dao cave and had an amazing meal at The Nest. Ravioli stuffed with pumpking and garlic, chicken breast wrapped in mozzarella, aaaaahhhh. Good thing the ride back was downhill.
